The Athletics IT Office staff provides support to every Athletics department and sport as well as Seminole Boosters, Inc. and Seminole Productions. The best way to get help is to use the below resources rather than reaching out to one person directly:
IT Main line (850-645-8677)
The main IT Office line will ring on all support staff phones, an available staff member will answer your call to this line. Voicemails left on this line will automatically generate a support ticket and notify the IT Manager.
IT After-Hours line (850-260-0599)
The IT Office offers 24-hour support to coaches and staff. If you need help after regular office hours (7:30AM-5:00PM Monday-Friday) please call this number and select option “1” to be directed to the on-call support staff.
The Athletics IT Office also provides support for most Athletics home events. Select option “2” to be directed to the support staff assigned to your event.
